Dear _ALL GOVERNING BODY OF AND FROM YOUR STATE
RE: VIETNAM VETERAN COLONEL JIMMY G. NIXON, SR (WIA)
I am writing you on behalf of 3-times Purple-Hearted Veteran, Colonel Jimmy G. Nixon, Sr., asking that you be so kindly as to read the synopsis of his case and then encourage the processing of his now pending Application for Commutation of Sentence and Remission of Restitution, known as a "Clemency/Pardon". Colonel Nixon was convicted without given "Due Process of the Law" and Preponderance of Evidence.
On 08 October 1996, a United States Federal Grand Jury in Baton Rouge, Louisiana; with false witnesses, perjury testimonies, no proof of the criminal actions, and a questionable jury, Colonel Jimmy G Nixon was indicted on 29 counts of mail fraud, wire fraud, and money laundering and a judge known for being racially basis with double standard covert sentencing rule, sentenced this businessman to 235 months in the Federal Prison.
Prior this his conviction, 3-times Purple-Hearted Vietnam War Vet, Colonel Nixon, had managed to become a self-sufficient businessman without begging for hand-outs from the government. He was admired by his community for his good deeds and the ability to reach out and help others in need beside his own family. Yet at the pentacle of Colonel's success, all that he worked hard for and struggled to achieve has literally been stolen from him due to the injustice he received in this case and him being incarcerated for such long time.
Lieutenant Colonel West truly believed Colonel Nixon was sentenced unjustly that he, himself filed on May 15, 2003 the Application for Commutation of Sentence and Remission of Restitution with the United States Department of Justice Pardon Attorney. The application based on the letter from Roger C. Adams the Pardon Attorney is now a part of Colonel Nixon's Pardon/Clemency File.
Since your are a part of the Legislative Body of the United States, and a representative from my state, I am meekly asking you to please send, converse with, and/or telephone President and urge him to grant Pardon to Colonel Jimmy Nixon Application for Commutation of Sentence and Remission of Restitution based on injustice without "Due Process of the Law and Preponderance of Evidence on his behalf."
Thank you my representative for taking the time out to act upon this request because not too many times you will receive a request involving a 3-times Purple-hearted Vietnam War Vet that has been unjustly sentenced.
Cordially
